We are already in the middle of the white tuna (thunnus alalunga) fishing season.
This season we have increased the total allowable catch by 12%, which means that we have a quota of 18,000 tonnes per year. This increase will be maintained for the next two years.
The season runs until September.
We remind you that in Asturpesca we are certified to distribute tuna from sustainable fishing, MSC certified.
In addition, we are experts in filleting. We can serve it whole, in loins, slices, belly fillets, etc. Both fresh and frozen. See photo below:
